I don't need to. I have already answered the question in my previous post. I will reiterate it for you:

"The operative word in that statement is "may". My question to you was in all this time that has passed what have they expensed related to the SEC investigation. Time, money, shares? What? And, since the answer to the question you refused to specifically answer is "Nothing", this would indicate that there is no SEC investigation that is directed at them."

Since you are the one leveling the accusation I would think you would want to justify your position with some facts but I know you cant.
