Cordova, let me tell you the few key problems that I, in my opinion see with RETC:


- No ability to secure real funding (line of credit, LOW APR Loan)
- No follow up to key events besides ambiguous "we're still working on it"
- Every investor gets wiped out or is in the red, at any day, any amount, any time. NO WONDER THEY HAVE NO REAL FUNDERS!

-Mysteriously & atrociously high Professional Fees. Does $400,000 justify $40,000 revenue? This doesn't send the right message to anyone who is considering funding them.


You get the point;RETC is doing this TO ITSELF - I.E. It is run by POOR Management.
