SSTY - Very crazy day. Two trades made at $.0001 after the initial trade.
The volume of those two trades is being reported - but the pps is unchanged from the initial trade.
I don't want to sound like I'm wearing a tin foil hat here, but somebody wants the pps to be nothing at month-end and they have the ability to control what is being reported as the pps at the end of the day.
