IT all seesm fishy to me. Spend all that money on filings and just wipe out the company. They should do a cash distribution and Ill take the shells over for free with no cash - Lets just say I have a few idea - S8, r/S f/s and ideas for News releases LOL I have a Billion ideas icluding Logs and MOON walks
