Forum was taken private three years ago. Now a spin-off? A spin-off would not occur until full production, and at that point highly unlikely, because it throws off so much cash.

Harsh speech...ok fine...intense rhetoric has its place of course...yet threats of criminal charges and jail time from an investor to a Board member and CEO is almost cliche now. What is the ultimate goal? I suspect you would agree that we want a higher valuation. In that case, focus on future earnings. My two cents.
