This ticker plans on switching to LOFB. They do not know when FINRA will approve of this but when the process is approved, VLNX will change to VLNXD, which means a "reverse split" will happen. Thus, the reason why this stock has dropped from .0040 to .0006. The company will NOT tell us the reverse split, unfortunately. This could get reverse splitted to oblivion, or it could get lucky and reverse split is low. But no one knows. And no one seems to want to find out.
