He can hire a real CEO on his way out. CEO doesn't have to be a pHd engineer...rather have someone that knows just a little about business. Kind of like a President.

That "successful product" that he touts at the bottom of every one of his PRs is what is frustrating. He doesn't even have a salesperson trying to sell that alleged great product, BioBackSheet. THAT is what's frustrating. If the clown sold just a little of that product he wouldn't have to create toxic debt and deal with "BAD ACTOR" Curt Kramer...btw, what is Kramer's "status" and what exemption did CEO Lee to sell the convertible to Kramer? Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining about the dilution which has been, relatively, minimal...I'm complaining about his, Lee's, overall performance. It's been terrible...perhaps it's his judgment...? What happened to Top Battery from over a year ago...? Now, Ferroglobe...? Back to Top Battery...? What about the contract with the developer of the magic juice (Dr Cho at North Carolina A&T)...? They didn't renew the contract...? Should have filed an 8K like they did before when it was renewed and should have filed again this time that it, the contract, apparently wasn't renewed.

What's Lee doing DEALING with Kramer? Lee needs to turn the company over to a businessman. And take a shower. He smells.
