To give a realistic opinion on the timeline for this company, I followed a company this time last year in a similar situation as PLFM. They brought an old shell company back to life. Only difference was they didn't already have a revenue producing business and are still building their company.

They started uploading filings in mid-December. The last filings were uploaded the first of the year and their status was changed to Pink current on January 3rd. Immediately after, they issued news that cleared the air on a possible R/S, announced a merger, and announced the name change filing with FINRA. They also provided the timeline for their company development. This news was also on January 3rd.

Two weeks later they (1/17) they provided follow-up information to FINRA for the name change and FINRA set effective date for 2/5. This ended up being the actual date the ticker changed.

After this, the paths of the two companies are much different, but this at least provides realistic insight on how things could unfold.
