With Kerri Wagner as CEO I wouldn't bat an eye but this company failed because of Joe(fleeced lenders and investors once before never forget it) and succeeded there after inspite of Joe he needs to retire or take a passive roll once we get him out that will free up his ballooned salary that would be sufficient to inspire the work force with incentives or buyback along with ESOP

this model as it stands today without new innovation is doomed to fail at some point in the future

Kerri I believe would have the confidence(Transparency) of all(at the very least my vote) to take PCHM to Vision 2.0
