Here is what we know:

As things stand Sugarmade cannot recognize Bizrite revenue.

Sugarmade must complete their part of the agreement and make Bizrite a fully audited subsidiary. (Pay Bizrite owners the shares/cash as outlined in the Agreement)

Sugarmade, per their statements, are working on finalizing that deal. They were previously unable to do so due to a lack of shares/cash. With the recent share increase, they now have the shares/cash needed.

Sugarmade, per their statements, are working on finalizing the Sky Unlimited deal, which requires shares/cash. With the recent share increase, they now have the shares/cash needed.

Assuming Bizrite and Sky Unlimited management/owners are still on board, both of these deals now have the potential to close.
