DPWW- Noy, I heard back from IHub admin regarding the OS. Gave them the updated numbers post RS and OTC Markets link. They do their adjustments once a week on the weekend, so it should show the new 20.5M OS on Monday hopefully.

I also sent Throgmartin an email and told him it would be in their best interest and shareholders interest for leadership to buy stock via Form 4 to show their commitment with their own funds. Investors like companies where leadership commits their own $ not just getting 10% of OS as part of your comp plan.

Also mentioned they should lower AS to be more inline with OS as a % so that investors don't think they'll be diluting a bunch which led to the RS in the first place.

If they just take some proactive, concrete measures, with only 5M shares of float, this stock with any buying pressure will launch to where it should be around $.20/share.
