The thing with CBD and VATE is that current US laws keep CBD products from going mainstream retail since CBD is considered a banned controlled substance in alot of States. If that roadblock is lifted, companies who already have a scale-able and sell-able product(s), along with a solid distribution chain, will beat other companies to market and with signing *NEW* distribution deals. The farm bill should only help VATE in terms of distribution deals = sales and profits, which is what stock holders want to see for positive catalysts in 2019
