Serious question that I’m having trouble finding an answer to. Is it easier for them to take this private if they get delisted? Yes I know bob has said multiple times that he wants to be on a major exchange. Yet he has also said he would be more transparent with what’s going on. What if they secured a deal with the investment banker to take this private. In going private they have less scrutiny on financials and no one is putting pressure on them.
