In all honesty, J Read either gets to work or face his impending doom by "closing the doors of the company" with that salary he should be able to get this company going based on that valuation of his salary. He doesn't need this RS so STOP pursuing it and get to WORK. Regardless, my vote for any RS would still be a NO! IT's BS since January this guy dilluted us into nothing and said nothing nor even tried to promote his company from my view. Hey J Read if you're reading this GET TO WORK .
