I received a reply to my questions not from IR, but Danny himself.
IR was NOT paid in stock which is a great sign.

The stock to acquire Projagg will be issued within the next few weeks by Action Stock, when all the information is documented.

I feel much is on the works and will eventually be reflected in the stock price, I am beyond frustrated with ZERO volume.

I also feel in my bones LHGI will be a VERY profitable venture for those who hold on.
