PLAINTIFF'S APPLICATION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF CUSTODIAN PURSUANT TO NRS 78.347(1)(B)...OPPOSITION TO APPOINTMENT OF CUSTODIAN AND REQUEST FOR APPOINTMENT OF A RECEIVER Court noted this doesn't meet the requirements for a piggy back motion; There was an indication that Mr. Bouch has resigned but no letter is provided as an exhibit and of the further deficiencies, but stated although the countermotion isn't sufficient to constitute a piggy back it has raised issues regarding the issue. Colloquy regarding how to proceed. Court advised parties should meet and confer and Court will be available to make a decision. Parties advised they are not opposed to a continuance.
