At least I'm getting $93 in cash for each of my COL shares. But not a pleasant intro to UTX so far.

Must say, in defense of UTX and Hayes, spin-offs have generally been "Very Good To Me" for most of my investing life. I'm not sure I want to own Carrier and Otis.
