We don't know what the SEC plans to do. It has five years, starting last March, in which to bring civil litigation, if it chooses to do so. Litigation is, however, expensive, and there isn't much to recover here. So they may just let it sit on the Greys forever. Or until there're so few trades FINRA removes its ticker as an inactive issue.
