There is a lot of talk and varied opinions about the reverse split but if you take in the broad picture of what the CEO has been saying and trying to do there is a feeling that foremost he would like to avoid one. However there are so many factors in play here that there seems to be a race between generating revenue, expanding, seeking funding, selling shares and acquiring more assets. I have been through R/S’s where some have been as high as 500/1. The fact that he is contemplating modest ones in the ranges of 1/10-1/20 tells me he is only willing to do what is absolutely necessary to progress and not going overboard.
If an R/S was not available as a strategy there would be many famous businesses on the scrap heap. IMO to badmouth this CEO is unfair at this point. No one can possibly read his mind and only he knows metaphorically the ship’s capability, the weather along the way and the true heading.
I say give him a chance to prove himself and give him some time/breathing space to do so.
Ok, I’m done.
