Stockholders should look at the recent dilution as a step in the right direction. Money in the bank and no debt looks really good on the books for acquisition loans with sound structured debt. Temporary pps decrease, due to conversion shares being sold, is a small price for shareholders to pay in return for solid future growth. If they're being honest with the forward looking statements it should work out well for stockholders. Lower pps now is just an added investment opportunity. I'd rather put more money here than on a roulette wheel at the casino.
