I love the way when someone doesn't agree with your opinion Dwarren and Hopeful, we are "bashers". I have always believed in LDN. If you go back, and read when I decided to join this board, I was (and had been), for a long time supporter of this company. But I started catching Noreen in lie, after lie, after lie. Just thus week, again. Nothing but half truths and deception. But this is something you pointed out. So you and I have the same opinion about her.
So, like I said before, my opinion is Cytocom will be the big player with the big money. LDN is gold, and will help so many people, but not with Noreen Griffen at the helm. Once she is removed, when they get an actual experienced CEO, things will change.
As I said before it's about the math. Once Cytocom lists, I will heavily in the green.
I just can't understand how you guys keep thinking IMUN's stock price will skyrocket because of 10% of Cytocom ownership?
On my remaining few million shares, my portfolio puts my share cost at .0275 per share. Currently, I the $58,000 for those shares is worth $10,000 now at .0048
Once this split happens, I will be left with ruffly 2100 shares. For those shares to be worth only the original price, without even a profit, IMUNs share price will need to reach $27.50 per share.
Dwarren...$27.50 A share! Really??? My opinion is based on a couple things Noreen...sh*t. Over $27.50 A share price after this split for me to be at the even mark. I believe Cytocom will one day hit $25 a share...But IMUN? I just do not have any confidence anymore. You can talk about evaluations all you want, but if Cytocom is not bought out, it will only open between $5-8 a share. Then trials, approvals etc.
How in the world am I ever to think IMUN will ever ever ever hit $27.50 a share with Noreen as CEO. And the board? They were supposed to have her replaced by quater 2. She and her close people are protected. Don't need a link for that.
You, me, Hopeful, and anyone else without protected shares will not see any kind of substantial profit ever after we are only left with 1000 shares per Million.
That's why I sold most of my shares (unfortunately at a loss), and bought Cytocom stock.
Am I a Basher of Noreen...oh hell yes. Am I pissed at the board for not having replaced her already...Yes. I have never, nor will I ever Bash LDN, what it can do, or the money it will make in the right hands. I believe Cytocom are those right hands.
I understand what you are saying about all the positive things that can happen, if after all the years, things finally fall into place...But even if they do, $27.50 a share to break even? I just can't get the math to work.
Now had I had....say...A 1:10 protection in place...I would be left with 210,000 at a uplist of lets say $4 a share...well thats $840,000. The math looks really good. Legal, illegal, i dk not know the law. But there is no way in hell, any of the large share holders would lose millions on a split unless the had other warrents, preffered shares, or whatever to offset the loss from the split.
You can ca me a Basher, but I am far, far from that. I am still the biggest supporter of LDN, Cytocom and the future of Cytcom.
You want to call me a Basher because I think Noreen, the board and all the insiders are about to leave me with a 1000 shares that I worked my add off to acquire....
Then call me a Basher all you want. 1:1000?
C'mon Darrew...Hopeful...seriously, who does that to its investors???
