Thanks very much for the suggestions. I have been using ice, or a bag of frozen french fries to be more accurate. I'll try the Ibuprofen/Acetaminophen combo this evening. I'd never heard of mixing the two, but the idea makes sense. It should only be a few more days of pain anyway. CAMH taking a beating today doesn't help.
