It accurately reflects what Micron stated at the end of the previous quarter regarding the coming two quarters (of which the company is near the end of the first of those two quarters).

That's why I stated in a previous post that this MU downtrend is likely a two-quarter event.

With that in mind I don't think an uptrend will begin too much earlier because most traders -- after being punished like they have -- will have a "show me the money" attitude.

So wait for a confirmed breakout of the down-fork, which would be a confirmed up-fork, or look for a crossing of multiple moving averages showing a change in direction of momentum (not value). Momentum in moving averages is shown when a shorter MA leaps above a slower MA, not tiptoes across.
