In south Africa, They decided to do away with 1/2Mega watts Rubicon instead to focus on 1Megawatts. A good idea. However, Rubicon should be more like a side job. Main bread and butter comes from actual DAMS like the one in Angola. 18Mega watts 18Mega watts x 120Homes = A big City. Rubicon's are more like for a small village away from the Dams.
