Funny thing is. This stock was total garbage before the RS. It still has insane issue however it's relatively efficient on the income statement. Balance is in "fair" condition, not good but I'd give it a C or so. Share structure is like now like 20m after the 1 for 200 R/S (2bn divided by 200 is 10m + some expected dilution). So I jsut snagged some shares today. I like their exposure with the LED lights and it's worth putting a small bet on these guys at anything below .20. We shall see. Def not a home run but I've seen worse stocks run to insane highs on some Weed related news. We shall see good luck to all.
