I told them I don't want an e-mail reply, I think they should send an open letter as before to all investors. I told John that he has shown some concern for investors before, but this 50 million plus dilution move deserves more of an explanation than anything the company has ever done in my opinion.

I wonder why they didn't even have to file an 8-k for that massive share "payment"? 8-ks are required for any company action that affects investors, that would certainly qualify. Maybe because of their stock status, being not a fully reporting OTC company? But they have filed 8-ks before...
