the only issue with NGBL is that are not current with the required SEC reporting...the transfer agent is right on the ball with current share structure...also, med box settled the case with the SEC...two years back....NGBL still has employees. alot of NGBL information is being kept quiet until the right moment arrives....in the meantime...huge NGBL front loading and accumulation is going on with NGBL...then when the front loaders are happy with their truckloads of NGBL shares, NGBL will unleash a fury of SEC fillings
