Possible buyout??? Makes sense for the departure of Wagner and Dillman. Also another part of my speculation of a buyout or merger is that Avtar D. was named President instead of CEO. Also the Agro
Biotech division named a President as well.. Just a theory, but would not be surprised. Could be why the news flow has been week and no updates to Delta 2.
