Well I be Damn. Cellucci surfaced. Is this a distraction or a legitimate endeavor. Does not appear to be something a penny stock scam artist would do. Still, it does none of us who have suffered the raft of the Cellucci RS's any good at all. He maybe good at bureaucracy but he can't run a company worth a shit. This is an extensive article on a complex subject. If this is where he has been spending his time its no wonder he was caught off guard on the Trident issues and was not able to secure the conventional financing. Maybe now that it is published he can get back to corporate management.
