Don't be vague, be precise. What previous statements? You say "lots of", then only offer one example, A VERY POOR EXAMPLE...

This September 28 interview was at an event hosted by YTexas. From their website: "YTexas is a consortium of chief executives focused on a next-level approach to economic development in Texas. YTexas is an organization that accelerates CEO connectivity and corporate presence for companies that are newly relocated to Texas. YTexas network of CEOs provides a fraternal organization to exchange information, process issues, and foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. YTexas is an online community built to educate the public about business culture in the major regions of Texas."

I am glad MDLG was at this kind of event and I can understand why MDLG wouldn't want to make any statements about moving a major part of their operations, since the event was ALL ABOUT TEXAS. I also recall a statement that CLOK intends to keep some things going in Texas: they aren't leaving the state completely. The press release this past Monday even states "Austin, Texas" to begin the article.

So how is his response in the interview a contradiction? I don't think so. He didn't lie, just good public relations. How sideways would the interview been if he started talking about Colorado?
