THIS.......said it yesterday, before the filing.....actually months ago..........read these scam artist like a book!

It's been laid out all along. Indications were in all of their filings. I simply connected the actual dots.

They may or may not try again with their ridiculous S1, but who's gonna touch this trash after Jan 2?? Still the same pathetic shell, no drug license, no workers, no drugs.....just less shares available. At least until they dilute that all over again......if the S1 happens, GHS will purchase stocks at an unreal low level, this will be back to sub penny before you know it.......biggest scam in OTC.

They are gonna try to milk this for everything they can before they bankrupt it, and start fresh with NOX Pharma....which has conveniently been formed and was given this fake garbage known as adva27a..... Another Colorado corp. Shell.

All IMO. Canadian authorities need to shut this down!
