Here is the thing, had the Songbird or Kalita lease contract gone forward we would all be saying how smart he was... now, what we do not know for certain is why the Songbird thing did not work out. In the talks with Songbird and the FAA I believe they hit a snag with the FAA. Then the money in waiting pulled back. Ups and downs and unseen events come with the territory. Things develop, things change. Investors analyze and change too if they are smart. This is a total mess today, was not always that way, tomorrow will be different... how? We can only opine and conjecture. The unknown is so much fun. I like applying Planks speed theory to conscious thinking with 8 dimensional application to make some sense of this "unknown". May not be unknown after all.
