To be fair I can only assume Alessi's motives. Don't know him, but the way it seems any legal actions go is, they call each other criminals and even file with the Court detailing this criminal act and that criminal act, but in the end they settle and nothing is ever referred for prosecution.

The system attracts losers like Alonzo. He's a perfect fit. So let's see what Alessi does.
