Clearly insiders are not dumping (likely some retail is bailing out), but quite obv the guys with 20m shares have not been dumping. And clearly none of the current shares in the O/S are "R/S protected" as these guys are trying to tell us, because still nobody responded with a quote from the filing stating which shares are currently R/S protected (because they don't exist).

If companies could just throw those things around (R/S protected shares) with no writing in the filings, well then every company would do that, and retail would be wiped out of every company on the stock market, and the markets wouldn't exist.

So again, to all the naysayers, where is the proof of these R/S protected shares IN THE CURRENT O/S? HUH? I hear you warning me, but I don't see any proof???????
