KNR"s M&A released today shows their acquisitions should be producing significant revenue streams in coming Quarters, I wonder if they will attempt to list on American boards

"OVERALL PERFORMANCE Over the last several quarters, the Company has successfully achieved its short-term financial objectives by executing on the following key transactions: • Completion of the Reverse Take Over and commencement of trading • Acquisition of Kontrol Technologies Inc. • Purchase of all patents and IP relating to Energy Management System Technology • Acquisition of Ortech Consulting Inc. • Acquisition of Efficiency Engineering Inc. • Purchase of assets from MCW Dimax Ltd. • Acquisition of CEM Specialties Inc. Revenue Revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2018 was $2,408,303, an increase of over $205,739 or 9% from the second quarter of the previous year. Management continues to successfully consolidate operations of its subsidiaries as reflected in strong successive quarterly results. Emphasis on team execution of the Company’s strategic priorities will remain the focus. Year to date revenue was $6,632,091 a 35% increase from $4,911,073 over the nine months of the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA1 Adjusted EBITDA for the three months ended September 30, 2018 was $8,453 compared to $157,738 for the three months ended September 30, 2017. Adjusted EBITDA was negative $(368,257) and $86,203 for year to date September 30, 2018 and September 30, 2017 respectively. Third quarter Adjusted EBITDA of approximately break even was comparable to the second quarter of 2018 and a significant improvement over the first quarter of 2018. While Adjusted EBITDA decreased over the same period of the prior year, the Company has experienced a significant surge in revenue. The CEMSI acquisition closed on September 20, 2018 and as such the Company will have the benefit of consolidating a full quarter of earnings in Q4 2018. Further, management expects that current work in progress related to large emissions and mechanical related projects should have a favourable impact on Q4 2018 earnings. Management believes the impact of accretive acquisitions including CEMSI and overall scaling of operations will result in lower operating expenses as a percentage of revenue. That is, with growing revenues, overhead expenses will get spread over a larger base."
