The CEMSI acquisition closed on September 20, 2018 and as such the Company will have the benefit of consolidating a full quarter of earnings in Q4 2018. Further, management expects that current work in progress related to large emissions and mechanical related projects should have a favourable impact on Q4 2018 earnings. Management believes the impact of accretive acquisitions including CEMSI and overall scaling of operations will result in lower operating expenses as a percentage of revenue. That is, with growing revenues, overhead expenses will get spread over a larger base."
