There are plenty of low floater on the otc not trading for a day and often for more than a few days. Nothing unusual at all. I own dozens of such plays. Are you new to trading?

Just wait until they lose their CE if you feel better then, that‘s anybodys choice of course. I think december will be good here. I like the thin plays.
