Well I doubt they try that again.... but who knows with these guys. I like the fact they have the welding company base but they can't seem to figure out how to take this to another level. So instead it seems they just do a reverse split and liquidate the stock. Then they take the money and buy other welding places to "expand"... still this is worthless right now cause everyone knows the history of the reverse split and that they have already got the approval for the split. At any minute they could file for the r/s. Then if you notice on major volume days they dilute this thing so it doesnt tick up much
