ok...the most recent 8-k for NGBL was about 6 weeks ago.....you have to dig a little deeper than doing your DD on the IHUB website....yes, the 8-k you are refereing to is about the toxic lenders....but go to the SEC website and search NGBL>...it will show you the institutional holders of NGBL and how many shares they own.....very current and very updated....sounds like you are disappointed that institutions are buying up NGBL shares?
