What remains to be seen is outside information, let alone inside, as it has been displayed lacking even the most basic understanding of company overview, time and time again, let alone not one single post (by anyone) yet to address potential merger specifics, and why such an incredibly wise and far reaching decision and act is deemed otherwise, despite the position of management believing such.

Furthermore, the behavior and position taken of any given shareholder, in anything, anywhere, anytime to wish to dictate managements actions, decisions, and course represents not only one is not suited for the markets as a whole, but a clear cry that professional help needed...

This is the market, and a stock. One has a choice to sell, or to purchase. Not to demand an international, multi million dollar company bow to their will due to their $1,000 investment.

Rarely is such disturbing behavior seen, anywhere in life, at any given time.

If I hold a $1MM position in something and have a suggestion or concern, I might call and discuss. If I disagree, if I do not support decisions or actions, I may decide to exit, which is my decision, and mine alone to make. Case closed.

One's "rights" end there. Any belief otherwise requires seeking professional help.

It's too personal to be business.
