For the Short Cabal's knowledge since they obviously don't know while they bandy about Buffett's name with the dot.bomb era companies like Amazon which grew into greatness less than twenty years later, it remains Byrne's brother who manages a piece of Buffett's private investments including Overstock.com shares being held there. By the time WEB dies, the world will find out that his personal account makes him the richest man in the "publicly disclosed" records because of higher risk names including OSTK being part of it. IMO
