$KNSC - let's hope that they have been working on their late filings so that the "subsequent events" section of the late 10Q's will have an update...regarding the share structure and that this would happen prior to 12/7. Which would give the stock a week to move prior to the shutdown mode for Christmas.

Any failure to A) be ready with filings and B) have news ready to fly in early December will mean...late January.

And OTC world usually doesn't really begin until mid to late Jan or early Feb...which is the season until early/mid May.

No filing today on Pacer but I don't think that's unusual...let's see if there we get filings...now or January shouldn't matter if you're long.

It will matter if you're flipping stocks...
