Someone inquired earlier “How do you prevent someone from shorting your shares?”

If you want to hold or go long with a company and don’t want your shares to be used against you essentially, simply place a sell all shares limit order for double the price of the shares you own, good till canceled. As the price moves up, close your order and adjust at a higher price.:)
