Well, Tim is bad CEO... to do this deal and not even try to restructure the old debts, just let them convert and crush his investors who thought they were investing in 4 less company is just wrong... Then, to not even acknowledge the debacle in a PR, to try to give investors some clue to how long the conversions will last, and whether a REVERSE SPLIT will be done as the authorized share limit of 4 billion shares is approached, is also wrong.

I'm still kicking myself for believing the hype about him being other than a stinky pinky CEO based on his previous ventures... The UPS mailbox address for $MCGI should have tipped me off, but I ignored the red flag... GLTA
