The only thing I can think of is that some MM's are accumulating for a mini pump on financing news.

Whether toxic financing or not, the MM's will start raising the price because they can always count on illusioned Longs buying into the news thinking the PPS has reached the low and is heading back up- bargain basemenmt prices!

OR

They're just flipping shares back and forth to maintain an artificial price and volume as they slowly feed "their clients" shares into the market.

OR

Maybe what INET says is true... I'm FOS! LOL
