No difference, the 8k is a filing acknowledging the PR, so far no PR just a filing. Doesnt much matter, all shareholders are still underwater with this garbage SCAM stock. People cant take profits cause there are any to be had since the REVERSE SPLIT

OTTV will be back in the .03-.04 cent range after the excitement from this bogus PR wears off, its just another ploy by midget man to support the sp.
