So you don't think that using convertible notes to fund the company without shareholders approval or knowledge isn't suspicious?

How many millions of dollars did Ron harvest from his share selling business so far? I don't remember but it's significant.

All the while the insiders hold huge amounts of free shares so the naive amateurs can point to them and say that they haven't sold any shares.

That is exactly the definition of a scam.

Now Jr is trying his hand at the "family business". Only thing is he doesn't have the experience that Ron has. He played the "we might possibly someday eventually could GET FUNDING cause we have been talking about it with some people" card way too soon.

I bet he was disappointed...

All that wasted work filling out the paperwork.
