for those that bought this garbage in the open market with the thought that if the warrants were issued at .40 and that the company would honor that commitment IMO there is quite possibly a legal recourse that could be pursued.

now all of those warrants can be exercised at .075 instead of the stated .40. If you had known they were going to change the price of previously issued warrants would you have purchased shares in the open market at .40??

we resolved to reduce the price of Warrants issued in December 2017 from $0.40 to $0.075.
