Further update on CVS vs WBA..............

WBA has a lower Debt/Capitalization structure

Officers and Directors own significantly more shares at WBA

Value Line "3-5 Year Appreciation Potential" about equal for the two.

Summary: WBA - Less Debt, greater executive stock ownership, similar growth potential.
