VANCOUVER, Nov. 28, 2018 /CNW/ - Koios Beverage Corp. (CSE: KBEV; OTC: KBEVF) (the "Company" or "Koios") announces that Anthony Jackson has resigned as chief financial officer and a director of the Company and Von Torres has resigned as corporate secretary of the Company, effective immediately. Chris Miller, the Company's chief executive officer, has been appointed as interim chief financial officer in place of Anthony Jackson and as interim corporate secretary in place of Von Torres.

The Company is actively looking for a new chief financial officer, corporate secretary and a replacement director.
