The plan is to make the test available to all 7,000 USDA testing laboratories as soon as possible.

"As soon as possible" IMO, most likely means as soon as the Taub case is put to rest. Then Arrayit is free to roll their equipment out to USDA with no legal ramifications from Taub. Huge source of revenue.
One way or another, I expect resolution of the Taub case shortly.
